Our Fufu is made with a 100% single ingredient, gluten- free, plant-based cassava/yam flour. Fufu is an excellent substitute for wheat flour. The whole root was used to produce this yam flour to make sure it is not a starch extract. Our yam flour is an excellent choice for people looking adopt a healthier and plant-based diet.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil on a stove top. Use a 2 Qt pot or larger. While still on the stove top, add the yam powder and mix it together using a wooden spoon. Your fufu (yam flour) is ready when becomes smooth and thickens into a dough.
