Enjoyed as Follows:
Bring water to desired warm temperature and add the dried bissap petals. Steep petals for 15 to 20 minutes and strain with a fine mesh strainer. Bissap is great just with added sugar but can easily be made a spiced-up drink By mixing in some ginger, cloves, allspice seeds, or even orange peels.
